I am an engineer doing research and managing innovative projects on software engineering for the AtlanMod team with particular focuses on:

  • The design and application/adaptation of model-based techniques and architectures to real industrial problems (reverse engineering, tool/language interoperability and evolution, model management and traceability, etc.)
  • The dissemination and/or industrialization of corresponding research results and prototypes (e.g. knowledge and technology transfer to companies).
I had notably been working as the scientific responsible for the team, a work package / task leader and a member of various boards, on the following collaborative projects: I'm currently working similarly on the following projects: Constantly interacting with the team’s partner labs and companies within the context of different joint actions, I have published and presented more than 30 papers in various international journals, conferences and workshops around modeling and its applications to different domains.
Since several years, I am also active in the Eclipse open source community as the leader of the MoDisco project and a regular promoter of EMF, ATL, EMF Facet and other Eclipse Modeling projects.
I am a regular conference speaker, e.g. at the Eclipse Community major events which are EclipseCon (North America), EclipseCon Europe and EclipseCon France, as well as an organizer/participant of Eclipse DemoCamps (in Nantes).

I have a permanent position in the team, funded by a IMT Atlantique (former Ecole des Mines de Nantes) contract.
